Lupin gains nearly 2% after joint venture with Japan's Yoshindo
Shares of Lupin rose nearly 2 per cent in early trade on Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) after the company said it had entered into a strategic joint venture with Japanese pharmaceuticals company Yoshindo Inc.

The shares of company rose as much as 1.84 per cent to trade at Rs 1010.30 a piece on the BSE.  However, shares of the company rose 1.88 per cent to Rs 1011 a piece on National Stock Exchange.

Meanwhile, the broader benchmark Sensex was quoting at 22,636.31, down 51.76 points or 0.23 per cent at 11.14 hours.
