ICRA gains over 13% as Moody's hikes stake to over 50%

Shares of ICRA rose over 13 per cent in early trade on Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) after Moody's Corporation, the promoter of the company, said that it has secured a majority equity ownership stake in credit rating agency to over 50 per cent.

The shares of company rose as much as 13.76 per cent to trade at Rs 2687.15 a piece on the BSE.

However, shares of the company rose 13.28 per cent to Rs 2680 a piece on National Stock Exchange.

Meanwhile, the broader benchmark Sensex was quoting at 25,209.09, down 7.29 points or 0.03 per cent at 10.59 hours.
