Muthoot Finance Shares Plunge After Q3 Results
Shares of the Muthoot Finance plunged on Thursday after reporting a fall in standalone net profit for the quarter ended December 2014 .
The Company has posted a net profit of Rs 1544.437 million for the quarter ended December 31, 2014 as compared to Rs. 1942.473 million for the quarter ended December 31, 2013.
The company's total income decreased from Rs. 12007.474 million for the quarter ended December 31, 2013 to Rs. 10692.473 million for the quarter ended December 31, 2014.
Shares were seen trading at Rs 223, lower by 3.98 percent on BSE at 2.45 pm IST. It touched an intra-day low of Rs 217 during the trade.
