Shares in MindTree rallied a huge 4 per cent after the company reported a good set of numbers for the quarter ending June 30, 2015.
Revenues at the company increased to Rs 981.6 crores, which was again in line with most estimates.
In the previous quarter, most of the IT companies reported a poor set of numbers largely on account of cross currency headwinds. TCS which is the only other software company to report numbers so far for the quarter ending June 30, 2015 reported more or less earnings that were in line with estimates.
Analysts would now look for numbers from biggies including TCS, Wipro and HCL Tech.
