Larsen & Toubro Ltd

Larsen & Toubro Ltd has informed the construction company wins 494.45 Mn QAR about Rs. 864 Crores order from KAHRAMAA".

Stocks ended the day at Rs 1592 lower by 2.04 per cent on BSE. It touched an intraday high of Rs 1644 during the trade.

Cairn India

Cairn India is set to expand its crude oil and natural gas carrying capacity by laying a new gas pipeline from its Barmer (Rajasthan) field with an investment outlay of Rs 1,400 crore, reports PTI.

Stocks ended the day at Rs 129, higher by 2.77 per cent on BSE. It touched an intraday high of Rs 133 during the trade.

Gayatri Projects

Gayatri Projects Ltd today said it has bagged orders worth Rs 3,318 crore from NHAI for development of sections of National Highway 233 and National Highway 56 near Varanasi in Uttar Pradesh.

Stocks ended the day at Rs 428, higher by 3.36 per cent on NSE. It touched an intraday high of Rs 451 during the trade.

Indian Oil Corporation

Indian Oil Corporation Ltd has informed BSE that subsequent to signing of an MOU between Government of India and Government of Nepal on August 24, 2015 he estimated cost of this project is Rs. 275 crore and the completion period is 30 months after receipt of statutory clearances.

Stocks ended the day at Rs 393, lower by 0.0.24 per cent on NSE. It touched an intraday high of Rs 413 during the trade.

Edelweiss Financial Services

Shares of Edelweiss Financial Services today surged over 4 per cent, after its subsidiary Edelweiss Tokio Life Insurance got necessary approval from FIPB to increase its FDI cap.

Stocks ended the day at Rs 54.80, higher by 1.39 per cent on BSE. It touched an intraday high of Rs 56.60 during the trade.

VRL logistics

Shares in logistic companies also gained ground on hopes that the government would call a special session to get GST passed.

Stocks ended the day at Rs 393, higher by 3.83 per cent on BSE. It touched an intraday high of Rs 426 during the trade.
