Prabhat Dairy

Shares in Prabhat Dairy listed 3 per cent above its offer price to retail investors.

Stock ended the day at Rs 116, higher by 1.17 per cent on BSE. It touched an intraday high of Rs 120 during the trade.

Hotel Leela

The company said that the Board has approved the sale of the hotel in Goa, namely "The Leela, Goa", Mobor, Goa, on a slump sale basis, for a lump sum consideration of Rs. 725 crores to Ceres Hotels Private Limited by way of business transfer agreement.

Strides Arcolab

Sun Pharmaceutical Industries and Strides Arcolab announced that they have entered into a definitive agreement related to erstwhile Ranbaxy's ‘Solus' and ‘Solus Care' divisions operating in the central nervous system (CNS) segment in India.
