Jindal Stainless

Jindal Stainless informed that the company will go ahead with demerger of its three wholly owned subsidiaries - Jindal Stainless (Hisar), Jindal United Steel and Jindal Coke.

The stock ended the trade at Rs 23.95, lower by 57.31 per cent on BSE. The stock touched an intra-daylow and 52-week low at Rs 21.85 during the trade.

HT Media

HT Media Ltd has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company, have accepted the recommendations of the Audit Committee for transfer and vesting of its multi-media content management undertaking to and in HT Digital Streams Limited ("Transferee Company"), a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company, as a ‘going concern' process.

The stock ended the trade at Rs 78, higher by 1.43 per cent on BSE. The stock touched an intra-day high of Rs 79.80 during the trade.

lOL Chemicals and Pharmaceuticals

Shares of the lOL Chemicals and Pharmaceuticals rose after the company said that it has successfully raised Ibuprofen manufacturing facility at its Ludhiana plant.

The stock ended the trade at Rs 99.25, higher by 16.70 per cent on BSE. The stock touched an intra-day high of Rs 102 during the trade.

Hero Motocorp

Shares of two-wheeler company rose on reports of strong sales growth in festive season. The company said that it has sold a record 10 lakh units during 35-day festive season.

The stock ended the trade at Rs 2594, higher by 0.86 per cent on BSE. The stock touched an intra-day high of Rs 2683 during the trade.

Dr Reddy's

Shares in Dr Reddy's fell after reports that Lundin Law PC has announced that it is investigating claims against Dr Reddy's Laboratories concerning possible violations of federal securities laws.

The stock ended the trade at Rs 3298, lower by 2.28 per cent on BSE. The stock touched an intra-day low of Rs 3140 during the trade.
