The Reserve Bank of India on Monday allowed foreign institutional investors (FIIs) to invest up to 26 per cent of the paid up capital of TV Today Networks under the portfolio investment scheme.

Shares of IL&FS Engineering and Construction Company Ltd today soared 20 per cent after the company bagged Rs 675 crore project from the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways (MoRTH).

Cox & Kings reported that the company has sold Explore Worldwide to Hotelplan UK Group for 25.8 million pound.
