Aditya Birla Nuvo

Shares of Aditya Birla Nuvo informed that it has entered into an agreement with the Canadian insurance major Sun Life to sell around 437 million equity shares constituting 23 per cent of the issued and paid up equity share capital of Birla Sun Life Insurance (BSLI).

The stock ended the trade at Rs 2103, lower by 0.70 per cent on BSE. The stock touched an intra-day high of Rs 2149 and low of Rs 2090 during the trade.

Chennai Petroleum

Chennai Petroleum Corp Ltd (CPCL) has shut its 10.5 million tons Manali refinery near Chennai due to floods caused by heaviest rainfall in over a century.

The stock ended the trade at Rs 7191, lower by 5.19 per cent on BSE. The stock touched an intra-day low of Rs 190 during the trade.

Wipro

Wipro on Wednesday announced that it has signed an agreement with Landesbank Baden-Wuerttemberg (LBBW) to acquire cellent AG for 73.5 Million Euros.

The stock ended the trade at Rs 572, lower by 0.98 per cent on BSE. The stock touched an intra-day high of Rs 587 during the trade.

Just Dial

Just Dial informed that the Company has filed the Draft Letter of Offer for Buy-back of Equity Shares of the Company with Securities and Exchange Board of India on December 02, 2015.

The stock ended the trade at Rs 869, lower by 5.11 per cent on BSE. The stock touched an intra-day low of Rs 863 during the trade.
