The company said that the Board has accorded in-principle approval for exploring consolidation options with Tree House.

The stock ended the trade at Rs 43.90, higher by 2.59 per cent on BSE. The stock touched an intra-day high and 52-week high at Rs 46.80 during trade.

Coal India

Coal India has said that it is planning a capital investment of Rs 57,000 crore over the next five years to increase the production to 908.1 MT, as part of the road-map for one billion tonne coal production by 2020.

The stock ended the trade at Rs 335, lower by 0.15 per cent on BSE. The stock touched an intra-day high of Rs 338 during the trade.

Mindteck

Shares of Mindteck after the company said that it has won a state government contract.

"It will benefit citizens by enabling easy access to services, such as birth and death certificates, building approval permissions, property tax and other government-related documents and services," as per BSE filing.

The stock ended the trade at Rs 179, higher by 0.79 per cent on BSE. The stock touched an intra-day high of Rs 185 during the trade.

Dena Bank

Dena Bank informed that the Board of the Capital Planning for the FY 2015-16 was considered and it was approved to raise capital.

The stock ended the trade at Rs 44.40, higher by 2.19 per cent on BSE. The stock touched an intra-day high of Rs 45.60 during the trade.

Sun Pharma

Sun Pharma rallied after one of the company's subsidiaries received final approval from US FDA for its Abbreviated New Drug Application (ANDA) for generic version of Gleevec.

The stock ended the trade at Rs 756, lower by 4.02 per cent on BSE. The stock touched an intra-day high of Rs 773 during the trade.
