Housing Development Finance Corporation Limited (HDFC) has said that it has entered into an agreement with the ERGO Insurance Group, Dsseldorf, Germany (ERGO) in which ERGO will increase its stake in HDFC ERGO General Insurance Company Limited (HDFC ERGO).
