Edelweiss Financial Services

Shares of Edelweiss Financial Services rose by nearly 4 per cent today as its subsidiary Edelweiss Asset Management announced the acquisition of bigger rival JP Morgan's mutual fund business in India.

The stock ended the day at Rs 59.20, higher by 1.98 per cent on BSE. It touched an intraday low at Rs 60.30 during the trade.

Bajaj Finance

Shares of Bajaj Finance went up as the company is entering the Rs 20,000-crore life care segment.

The stock ended the day at Rs 6876, higher by 3.77 per cent on BSE. It touched an intraday high and 52-week high at Rs 6899 during the trade.

Kotak Mahindra Bank

Kotak Mahindra Bank Ltd said the Reserve Bank of India has allowed the Bank to raise foreign institutional investment (FII) limit to 55 per cent.

The stock ended the day at Rs 658, lower by 0.16 per cent on BSE. It touched an intraday low at Rs 655 during the trade.

Prestige Estates

Shares in Prestige Estates, jumped as much as 4 per cent, after the management guided for a sharp jump of 50 per cent in Q4 sales.

The stock ended the day at Rs 166.25, higher by 4.07 per cent on BSE. It touched an intraday high at Rs 169 during the trade.

Kalpataru Power

Shares of Kalpataru Power today surged after the company said it has secured orders worth Rs 1,320 crore from Power Grid Corp.

The stock ended the day at Rs 214, higher by 4.74 per cent on BSE. It touched an intraday high at Rs 223 during the trade.
