Nestle India

The company said that the CFTRI (Central Food Technological Research Institute, Mysuru) has cleared all samples of its instant snack brand Maggi noodles.

The stock ended the day at Rs 6145, higher by 4.64 per cent on BSE. It touched an intraday high at Rs 6180 during the trade.

TTK Prestige

The company has informed the exchanges that it has signed an agreement to acquire a business in the UK.

The stock ended the day at Rs 4456, higher by 2.24 per cent on BSE. It touched an intraday high at Rs 4696 during the trade.

Bharat Petroleum Corporation

The company said it has bought additional stake in Petronet CCK Ltd (PCL). PCL is a subsidiary company promoted by Bharat Petroleum Corporation Ltd and Petronet India Ltd.

The stock ended the day at Rs 918, higher by 0.20 per cent on BSE. It touched an intraday high at Rs 939 during the trade.

Dr Reddy's

The drug major announced commencement date for its buyback offer of worth Rs 1,569 crore. The buyback of equity shares will begin on April 18.

The stock ended the day at Rs 3085, higher by 1.86 per cent on BSE. It touched an intraday high at Rs 3095 during the trade.
