Wipro

The company said its board would consider a proposal for buyback of equity shares later this month.

The stock ended the day at Rs 584, higher by 2.78 per cent on BSE. It touched an intraday high at Rs 591 during the trade.

Lux Industries

The company said that the board has approved the sub-division of its equity shares of the company from the existing face value of Rs 10/- per equity share to face value of Rs. 2/- per equity share.

The stock ended the day at Rs 3545, higher by 1.62 per cent on BSE. It touched an intraday high at Rs 3623 during the trade.

Kaveri Seed

The company said that it has opened a new plant at Molangur village in Telangana state with an investment of over Rs 21 crore.

The stock ended the day at Rs 401, higher by 4.64 per cent on BSE. It touched an intraday high at Rs 6180 during the trade.

Shilpa Medicare

The Company said that it has received GMP compliance certificate for two API sites from PMDA-Japan.

The stock ended the day at Rs 516, higher by 17.94 per cent on BSE. It touched an intraday high at Rs 520 during the trade.

Sanghvi Forging

Sanghvi Forging & Engineering said that it has received orders worth Rs 12 crore. The fresh orders have come in from oil & gas and power sectors, the company said in a filing to the Bombay Stock Exchange.

The stock ended the day at Rs 43.85, higher by 6.43 per cent on BSE. It touched an intraday high at Rs 44.75 during the trade.
