Indian Stock Markets Closed For Mahavir Jayanthi
Indian stock markets are closed today on account of Mahavir Jayanthi. Most Asian markets were up in trade, after oil prices steadied, following a sharp drop on Monday, after an output freeze by major oil producers failed to materialize.

The Japanese Yen weakened against the US dollar, which led to gains in the Japanese Nikkei.
Australia's ASX added more than 1 per cent in trade, while the Korean Kospi and the Hang Sang also gaining ground.
Overnight Brent crude managed to stay steady and was trading at around the dollar 42 a barrel mark.
Brent Crude and stock markets seem to move in the same direction these days.
