Coal India

Coal India has reported a marginal rise in consolidated net profit at Rs 4,247.93 crore for the fourth quarter ended March 31, 2015-16.

Shares of the company ended trade at Rs 292, higher by 4.03 per cent on BSE. It touched an intra-day high at Rs 296 during the trade.

Tirupati Tyres

The company said that it has acquired 90 per cent stake in Aspen Lifestyles. The acquisition is through internal accruals.

Shares of the company ended trade at Rs 36.55, higher by 2.52 per cent on BSE. It touched an intra-day high at Rs 37.35 during the trade.

Tata Steel

Tata Steel may still hold on to its UK steelworks and their proposed sale may be put off after a personal intervention by Prime Minister David Cameron, said a media report.

Shares of the company ended trade at Rs 322, lower by 1.96 per cent on BSE. It touched an intra-day high at Rs 334.35 during the trade.

Hindalco

Shares of the Hindalco rose more than 10 per cent on Monday after the company reported net profit of Rs 356 crore for the quarter ended March 2016.

Shares of the company ended trade at Rs 102.75, higher by 11.87 per cent on BSE. It touched an intra-day high at Rs 103.50 during the trade.

SBI

State Bank of India rose after the Bank's stock was upgraded by a number of brokerage firms.

Shares of the company ended trade at Rs197, higher by 1.18 per cent on BSE. It touched an intra-day high at Rs 203.80.
