GVK Power

Shares of GVK Power & Infrastructure rose after the company sought shareholders' approval for increasing the maximum limit of loans and guarantees that can be given to other entities.

The stock ended the day at Rs 5., higher by 19.83 per cent on BSE. It touched an intraday high at Rs 5.80 during the trade.

Tilaknagar Industries

The company reported consolidated loss to Rs 106 crore in the quarter ended March 2016 from Rs 70.6 crore in same period last fiscal and Rs 59.7 crore in preceding quarter.

The stock ended the day at Rs 15.80, lower by2.77 per cent on BSE. It touched an intraday low at Rs 15.70 during the trade.

Solar Industries

Share prices of  Solar Industries India   gained after the company said that it has bagged an order worth Rs 443.44 crore.

The stock ended the day at Rs 3165, higher by 2.71 per cent on BSE. It touched an intraday high at Rs 3299 during the trade.

Yes Bank

Yes Bank rose more than 2 per cent on Friday after the company said that it has executed a share subscription agreeing to subscribe equity shares of Receivables Exchange of India Limited (RXIL).

The stock ended the day at Rs 1063, higher by 2.28 per cent on BSE. It touched an intraday high at Rs 1068 during the trade.

Visa Steel

Visa Steel (VSL) said that it will seek shareholders' approval for the merger of its JV firm Visa Bao (VBL) in an attempt to optimise costs and secure availability of resources for its ferrochrome business.

The stock ended the day at Rs 16.38, higher by 20per cent on BSE. It touched an intraday high at Rs 16.38 during the trade.
