Markets ended the trade lower, ahead of Thursday"s UK referendum on EU membership.

The Sensex ended the trade at 26765.65 down by 47.13 points, while the NSE 8203.70 ended at 8214.95 points, trading lower by 16.20 points.

Here are a list of stocks that have gained up to 10-20 per cent in trade today.

Hester Biosciences rallied 20 per cent during intra-day on the back of heavy volumes. There were no notices sent to the exchanges, so it was difficult to know the reasons for the jump.
Shares ended the trade at Rs 765, higher by 11.40 per cent.

Shares of the company rose on the back of heavy volumes. The company is into building capacity and enabling the infrastructure for future markets in a more efficient and cost effective manner.
Shares of the Future market were seen trading at Rs 27.45, higher by 20 per cent during the trade.

Nitco Limited

NITCO is the premium tile brand in India. NITCO was established in Bombay (India) in 1953 and is today one of the largest manufacturers of floor tiles in India
Shares of the company rose 15 per cent to trade at Rs 48 on NSE.

Shares of the Nagreeka Exports rose 20 per cent on Wednesday.
Nagreeka Exports is a leading player in the field of textiles. The company informed that the Composition of the Board of Directors of the Company has undergone change. Mr Kailash Chandra Purohit, Whole Time Director, Resigned and Mr Debabrata Das Choudhary, Additional Director is appointed.

Escorts Limited

Shares of the company rose 13 per cent to hit 52-week high at Rs 206.50 in trade. Escorts Group is a engineering company that operates in the sectors of agri-machinery, construction and material handling equipment, railway equipment and auto components
