Indian equity benchmarks ended the trade in the positive zone. The 30-share benchmark index ended trade at 27002.22, higher by 236.57 points, while the NSE Nifty was at 8270.45, up by 66.75 points.

On the global front, Asian markets closed mixed as investors are cautious as voting started in the UK to decide the country"s EU membership. Meanwhile, European counters were trading high.

Reliance Communications

The company said that ICRA Limited has upgraded its outlook to Stable from negative on the Long Term rating 'BBB+' of the Company.

The stock ended the day at Rs 49.70, higher by 4.30 per cent on BSE. It touched an intraday high at Rs 50.45 during the trade.

KEC International

KEC International Ltd rallied over 4 per cent on the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) after the company secured new orders worth of Rs 1,036 crore. 

The stock ended the day at Rs 138, higher by 4.30 per cent on BSE. It touched an intraday high at Rs 143.95 during the trade.

Bank of India

Bank of India (BoI) on Thursday said it has raised funds of Rs 1,000 crore through issue of Basel-III compliant additional tier I bonds (Series-ll).

The stock ended the day at Rs 96.40, higher by 0.75 per cent on BSE. It touched an intraday high at Rs 96.90 during the trade.

Sun Pharmaceutical

Sun Pharmaceutical Industries rose on Thursday ahead of board meeting to consider proposal for buyback of equity shares.

The stock ended the day at Rs 752, higher by 1.70 per cent on BSE. It touched an intraday high at Rs 757 during the trade.

Natco Pharma

Natco Pharma was up after the company got a US FDA nod for Glycopyrrolate from Kothur, Mahbubnagar plant.

The stock ended the day at Rs 551, higher by 4.18 per cent on BSE. It touched an intraday high at Rs 572 during the trade.
