The key domestic benchmark indices ended the trade in positive zone on manufacturing activities that rose in June. The 30-share benchmark index ended trade at 27144.91, higher by 145.19 points, while the NSE Nifty was at 8328.35, up by 40.60 points.

On the global front, most of the Asian markets ended in the green.

Central Bank of India

Central Bank of India said that its board memebers on Thursday approved its fund-raising plans at the AGM. 

Shares of the company ended the trade at Rs 106.85, lower by 0.33 per cent on BSE. The stock touched an intra-day low at Rs 106 and high at Rs 109 during the trade.

Mahanagar Gas

Shares in Mahanagar Gas made a stellar debut on the bourses rallying as much as 25 per cent.

Satin Creditcare Network

Microfinance lender said that its board has given approval to raise foreign shareholding to 49 per cent from the current 24 per cent. 

Shares of the company ended the trade at Rs 484, lower by 3.75 per cent on BSE. The stock touched an intra-day low at Rs 480 and high at Rs 523 during the trade.

KPIT Technologies

Shares of company fell to its steepest fall in 14 months, after the company issued a profit warning for its June quarter earnings.

Shares of the company ended the trade at Rs 158, lower by 14 per cent on BSE. The stock touched an intra-day low at Rs 156 and high at Rs 166 during the trade.

Bosch

The company board of directors will meet today to consider a proposal for buyback of the company's shares.

Shares of the company ended the trade at Rs 22654, higher by 0.07 per cent on BSE. The stock touched an intra-day high 22900 at Rs 69.50 during the trade.

Equitas Holdings

Shares of the company rose after RBI issues small finance bank license to Equitas Holdings on June 30.

Shares of the company ended the trade at Rs 183.75, higher by 3.49 per cent on BSE. The stock touched an intra-day high and 52-week high at Rs 191.50 during the trade.

Strides Shasun 

The company has said that it's oral dosage facility in Bangalore has had successful inspection by the US health regulator with no adverse observations made.

Shares of the company ended the trade at Rs 1177, higher by 4.38 per cent on BSE. The stock touched an intra-day high at Rs 1205 during the trade.

ITC

ITC saw its shares rally after the company's shares went ex bonus today.

Shares of the company ended the trade at Rs 252, higher by 2.96 per cent on BSE. The stock touched an intra-day high and 52-week high at Rs 258 during the trade.
