The key domestic benchmark indices ended the trade in positive zone. The 30-share benchmark index ended trade at 27,278.76, higher by 133.85points, while the NSE Nifty was at 8,370.70, up by 42.35points. 

On the global front, Asian peers ended the trade in green while European counters were trading mixed.

TeamLease

TeamLease shares gained on Monday after the company through its subsidiary acquired ASAP Info.

Shares of the company ended the trade at Rs 1101, higher by 2.29 per cent on BSE. The stock touched an intra-day high at Rs 1134during the trade.

Adani Ports

Shares of Adani Ports and Special Economic Zone rose on Monday as it has received approval for acquisition of TM Harbour Services.

Shares of the company ended the trade at Rs 213, higher by 0.33 per cent on BSE. The stock touched an intra-day high at Rs 213 during the trade.

Tata Motors

Tata Motors shares gained on Monday after the company reported strong growth in Jaguar Land Rover's US sales and India's passenger vehicles business in June.

Shares of the company ended the trade at Rs 468, higher by 2.30 per cent on BSE. The stock touched an intra-day high at Rs 474 during the trade.

Jindal Stainless (Hisar)

Jindal Stainless said that it has alloted 16.82 crore equity shares for about Rs 366 crore on preferential basis to Jindal Stainless (Hisar) to pay off its dues to the latter. 

Shares of the company ended the trade at Rs 44, higher by 12.82 per cent on BSE. The stock touched an intra-day high at Rs 44.15 during the trade.
