Adani Ports

Shares of Adani Ports and Special Economic Zone surged after the company announced that it has raised Rs 252 crores through issue of Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) on private placement basis.

Shares of the company ended the trade at Rs 214, higher by 0.38 per cent on BSE. The stock touched an intra-day high at Rs 216 during the trade.

Bharti Infratel

Bharti Infratel has issued its shareholders a buy-back offer worth Rs 2,000 crore which opens on July 12, said the media report.

Shares of the company ended the trade at Rs 358, higher by 0.83 per cent on BSE. The stock touched an intra-day high at Rs 361 during the trade.

Ujjivan Financial Services

Shares of Ujjivan Financial Services rallied nearly 2 per cent after rating agency CARE and ICRA have upgraded the credit ratings of various facilities / instruments of the company.

Shares of the company ended the trade at Rs 427, higher by 2.40 per cent on BSE. The stock touched an intra-day high and 52-week high at Rs 429 during the trade.

Jaiprakash Associates

UltraTech Cement, the flagship cement company of Aditya Birla Group, said that it has received approval to acquire the cement assets of Jaypee Group at an enterprise value of Rs 16,189 crore.

Shares of the company ended the trade at Rs 1.68, higher by 28.63 per cent on BSE. The stock touched an intra-day high at Rs 12.50 during the trade.

HCC

The company said that it has bagged Rs 2,523 cr Mumbai Metro III order in JV with Russian company MMS.

Shares of the company ended the trade at Rs 23.05, higher by 10.29 per cent on BSE. The stock touched an intra-day high at Rs 23.40 during the trade.
