The key domestic benchmark indices ended the trade flat. The 30-share benchmark index ended trade at 27201.49, higher by 34.62 points, while the NSE Nifty was at 8337.90, up by 1.95 points.

On the global front, Asian peers ended the day in red, while European counters were trading in green.

ICICI Bank

The bank said that it will seek shareholder approval to raise up to Rs 25,000 crore by selling bonds and debentures.

Shares of the company ended the trade at Rs 244, marginally lower by 0.33 per cent on BSE. The stock touched an intra-day high at Rs 247 and low of Rs 244 during the trade.

PNB

PNB rose after reports of its Housing Finance arm has submitted a draft red herring prospectus to its planned initial public offering (IPO). 

Shares of the company ended the trade at Rs 117, higher by 2.81 per cent on BSE. The stock touched an intra-day high at Rs 119 and low of Rs 119 during the trade.

Axis Bank

The Cabinet Committee on Economic Affairs, has approved increase in foreign investment in Axis Bank to 74 per cent.

Shares of the company ended the trade at Rs 542, higher by 0.62 per cent on BSE. The stock touched an intra-day high at Rs 545 during the trade.

Max ventures

Shares of the max Ventures rose on Thursday after the reports of revised circuit limit for Max Ventures to 20 percent.

Shares of the company ended the trade at Rs 74.25, higher by 2.34 per cent on BSE. The stock touched an intra-day high and 52-week high at Rs 85.80 during the trade.

NBCC

National Buildings Construction Corporation (NBCC) on Thursday surged after the Cabinet chaired by the Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi approved redevelopment of seven General Pool Residential Accommodation (GPRA) colonies.

Shares of the company ended the trade at Rs 74.25, higher by 2.34 per cent on BSE. The stock touched an intra-day high and 52-week high at Rs 85.80 during the trade.
