Delta Corp

Shares of Delta Corp rose after it said that it has inked a leave and license agreement for premises in the Denzong Regency Hotel, Gangtok, Sikkim, to operate a casino.

Delta Corp shares ended trade at Rs 91.50, higher by 1.10 per cent on the BSE. It touched an intra-day high of Rs 95.50 during trade.

Yes Bank

Yes Bank has said that it has received in principle approval from SEBI for setting up of Mutual Fund, Asset Management and Trustee Co.

Shares of Yes Bank ended trade flat at Rs 1200 on the BSE. It touched an intra-day high and 52-week high of Rs 1214 during trade.

Bajaj Finserv

Bajaj Finserv reported 15 per cent increase in consolidated profit after tax during the first quarter of the financial year at Rs 537.51 crore.

Shares of Bajaj Finserv ended trade at Rs 2613, lower by 4.20 per cent on the BSE. It touched an intra-day low of Rs 2598 during trade.

Glenmark Pharma

Glenmark Pharmaceuticals has said that its US subsidiary has been granted final approval for Potassium Chloride.

Shares of pharma company ended trade at Rs 845, higher by 0.26 per cent on the BSE. It touched an intra-day low of Rs 852 during trade.

Educomp Solution

Shares of Educomp Solutions rose more than 5 per cent after the company said that it has entered into negotiated settlement with ICICI Bank. It has 67 percent stake in Vidya Mandir Classes, a subsidiary of the Company.

Educomp Solutions shares of ended trade at Rs 14.20, higher by 6.69 per cent on the BSE. It touched an intra-day high of Rs 15.30 during trade.
