UltraTech Cement hit a 52-week high of Rs 4,029 after the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) allowed foreign investors to invest up to 30% in the cement major.

UltraTech shares ended day at Rs 4026, higher by 3.55 per cent on BSE. It touched an intraday high of Rs 4065 during trade.

Kotak Mahindra Bank

Shares of Kotak Mahindra rose to hit 52-week high on Wednesday after the Reserve Bank of India granted approval to Canada Pension Plan Investment Board (CPPIB) for acquiring up to 10% shares of the paid up capital of Kotak Mahindra Bank.

Kotak Mahindra Bank ended day at Rs 806, higher by 2.60 per cent on BSE. It touched an intraday high and 52-week of Rs 815 during trade.

Zee Entertainment

Shares of Zee Entertainment rose to a hit 52-week high on Wednesday after the company announced that Sony Pictures will buy Ten Sports from Zee Entertainment for 385 million U.S. dollars.

Zee Entertainment shares ended day at Rs 540, higher by 2.04 per cent on BSE. It touched an intraday high and 52-week of Rs 543 during trade.

HDFC

Shares of HDFC rose to hit a 52-week high on Wednesday after it announced to raise up to Rs 500 crore by issuing rupee denominated bonds to overseas investors.

HDFC shares ended day at Rs 11291, higher by 1.86 per cent on BSE. It touched an intraday high and 52 week of Rs 1293 during trade.
