Shares in Gruha Finance rose to a 52-week high after the housing company reported good set of quarterly numbers.
The company reported 20 per cent increase in net profit at Rs 122 crore for the second quarter ended September 30, 2016. The company had registered a profit of Rs 102 crore in the same quarter last fiscal.
Gruh Finance which is a subsidiary of HDFC Ltd said that its loan portfolio increased to Rs 12,089 crore from Rs 9,913 crore, registering a growth of 22 per cent
As on September 30, 2016 company's cumulative disbursements were at Rs. 21,016.83 crore.
Shares of Gruh Finance were seen trading at Rs 358, higher by 0.75 per cent on BSE at 12.17 pm IST. It touched an intra-day high and 52 week high of Rs 370 during trade.
