The UAN (Universal Account Number) is a 12-digit unique number allotted to each employee by its employer. Individuals can use this option if you have forgotten the password and when your mobile number is changed. EPF members can submit a request for correct details such as name, father 's name, date of birth and date of joining in the UAN portal. Any issues related to passbook and download can be requested with this option. Enter your mobile number and UAN to make a request. If you are not able to activate your UAN due to mis match of details in UAN, it can be requested at this option. In case if your Form 11 is pending with your employer or UAN linking pending with your employer, the same can be requested here. Individuals who have just entered their mobile number and UAN, can also use the same. If your KYC is not approved by your employer and if it is pending since long, you can request for the same with this option.What is my UAN?
Individuals can check their UAN by entering the mobile number, father name, DOB.Forgot password and mobile number is changed
If you have registered mobile number, one can change the password by using forgot password button.
One can update the mobile number under Profile menu after login UAN.Incorrect details
