Get the small things done

Make sure that you do certain things to ensure that the house is neat and tidy. A little bit of woodwork, interiors and other fittings, will fetch a better price for the house. In case you have not been staying in the house, it's best to get it cleaned every week.

Keep your documents in order

Your documents like title deed, society bills, utility bills paid receipts, mother deed, sanction plan approvals have to all be in order. If there is a serious buyer, he might be completely disillusioned if your documents are in a disarray.

Do not forget all sources!

If you are depending on just one source for selling your apartment, you are making a mistake. Make sure you use the internet as well as brokers to facilitate the sale.
