Credit Cards from State Bank of India (SBI) are often touted as the best, while some prefer Citibank credit cards.
Honestly speaking, what works best for one individual, does not for another. If one credit card holder is inclined to use the a credit card for petrol and gains points there, another might want to use it purely for restaurants.
In any case, here are the best SBI Credit Cards that we have compared:
|Benefit||SBI Platinum Card||SBI Signature Cards||Simply Save SBI Card|
|Reward Points||5 times rewards at departmental stores, grocery and eating out.||5 times rewards at departmental stores, grocery and eating out.||10 times rewards at departmental stores, grocery and eating out.|

1) SBI Platinum Card
If you are going to spend a lot of money, we suggest you buy the SBI Platinum Card. This is a card for people with a higher income. The annual fees are a whopping Rs 2999. Of course, through a lot of shopping, dining out and frequent travelling, you can add points and therefore, recover the annual charges.
This is also because your reward points are higher than say for example other ordinary credit cards. There is also a welcome gift that SBI gives on this credit card.
Of course, when applying you should check with the executive the various clauses that are applicable. Go for this card, only if your spends are higher in a month; say around Rs 30,000 to Rs 50,000 on a credit card.
2) SBI Signature Card
The SBI Signature Card is not very different from the SBI Platinum Card, as the table above shows. The benefits on spends is slightly better. The annual fees are an exorbitant Rs 4999 per year. What this means is that if you do not spend heavily and are not able to accumulate points and redeem and benefit from redemption, you should stand to lose.

We wish to emphasize that we are not able to incorporate all the benefits of the SBI cards mentioned above and hence readers may want to visit the SBI website or call the executive for clarifications.
3) Simply Save SBI Card
This is a nice card for those who do not wish to complicate their lives. You get a card with an annual fee of Rs 499, in addition to this the charges are reversed, if you spend Rs 2 lakhs per year.
As mentioned earlier, you have to choose a cad that best fits your need. There is no single card that can offer you the best benefit at the same time. Carefully, evaluate where your spends are more and choose your card accordingly. If you are likely to spend on grocery, than the best SBI credit Card would be Simply Save SBI card.
