Bangalore Gold Rate Today: The price of 24 karat, 22 karat, and 18 karat gold in Bangalore started the week on a firm foot as the precious metal rates remained unchanged on Monday, August 3. The rate of 24-karat gold stood above Rs 1.44 lakh per 10 grams, whereas the silver rate in the Karnataka capital remained unchanged.
The recent stability in gold prices came as international prices of the bullion edged higher amid renewed optimism around Iran-US peace talks. Back in Bangalore, gold prices are tracked on a daily basis by gold jewellery buyers in the city. Here is latest data about Bangalore gold rate today, August 3.

International Gold Rate Today
International gold rate today increased marginally to $ 4,050 per ounce as per Trading Economics data. The recent uptick in international gold price today came a day after the bullion recovered losses from the previous session. The recent surge came after US President Donald Trump said peace talks with Iran will resume this week after he called-off the 'Biggest attacks since WWII' against Iran.
Meanwhile, the US Federal Reserve's decision to keep interest rates unchanged at its most recent meeting indicated a cautious attitude and may support the gold prices in coming days.
"The Federal Reserve decided to keep interest rates unchanged at its most recent meeting, indicating a cautious attitude as officials deal with ongoing inflation and consistent economic growth. However, the absence of clear forward guidance has increased policy uncertainty, leading markets to reevaluate the anticipated course of future interest rate changes. The US dollar weakened as the probability of more rate increases declined, which in turn strengthened the price of gold and silver by increasing their appeal as safe havens and lowering opportunity costs," stated Ruchit Thakur, Market Analyst, VT Markets.
