Kalind Limited stock closed 4.93% higher at Rs 11.29 per share on BSE with a market capitalisation of Rs 1,032.10 crore on Friday. The stock had touched an intraday high mark of Rs 11.29 per share and an intraday low mark of Rs 10.88 per share on Friday.

Kalind Limited Stock Split

The company had earlier announced a stock split and bonus issue. The firm has also issued bonus equity shares in the ratio of 1:2. The Board of Directors also approved the "Sub-division of 1 (one) equity share of face value of Rs 10/- each fully paid-up into 5 (Five) equity shares of face value of Rs 2/- each fully paid-up," stated the company in its BSE filing.

The board also approved the issue of bonus equity shares in the ratio of 1:2 i.e., 1 (One) bonus equity share of Rs 2 each for every 2 (two) equity share of Rs 2 each fully paid-up. The record date for bonus issue and stock split was July 24.

Kalind Share Price Trend

The stock closed 4.9% higher on BSE with a market capitalisation of Rs 1,032.10 crore. The stock hit its 52-week high mark of Rs 14.10 per share on April 7, 2026. The stock dipped to its 52-week low mark of Rs 2.32 per share on July 27, 2025. It has a return on equity (ROE) of 429.38 %. The stock has surged close to 13% in 2026 so far and around 386.64% in one year.

Kalind Q4 Result

Kalind Limited reported a net profit of Rs 10.78 crore in Q4FY26 against Rs 3.02 crore reported in the December quarter. The firm had reported an overall net profit of Rs 27.30 crore in FY 26. The company earned a net revenue of Rs 30.31 crore in Q4FY26 against Rs 14.91 crore in the December quarter. Its total revenue for FY26 stood at Rs 75.36 crore.
