Bajaj Auto Share Price Today: Shares of Bajaj Auto rallied on Wednesday, July 22, after the automaker reported strong June quarter results for the financial year 2026-27. The auto major reported 42% year-on-year (YoY) jump in Q1FY27 profit as the company benefited from favourable currency movements, price hikes, and an improved export mix.

The automaker's share price was trading 3.74% higher at Rs 10797.10 per share on BSE with a market capitalisation of Rs 3,01,857.67 crore. The stock had touched an intraday high mark of Rs 10,839.45 per share and an intraday low mark of Rs 10,570.75 per share.

Bajaj Auto Q1 Result Review

Bajaj Auto showcased business resilience in Q1FY27 as the company sustained its high margins despite the surge in input costs. While the company's export outlook remains strong, Bajaj Auto is expected to gradually recover market share in the domestic motorcycle market, as per the Motilal Oswal report.

"Export outlook continues to be healthy, with management targeting 250k+ units of exports per month in 2Q. It continues to outperform even in EVs, both 2Ws and 3Ws. Given a better-than-expected performance in 1Q and a strong outlook across segments, we raise our EPS estimates by 5%/9% for FY27/FY28," stated Motilal Oswal in its report.

Bajaj Auto Share Price Recommendation

The brokerage upgraded its recommendation for Bajaj Auto to 'Buy' with a target price of Rs 12,096 per share. "Given the strong earnings forecast, healthy return ratios, among-thebest dividend payouts and a resilient business model, valuations at 23x/19.6x FY27E/ FY28E EPS appear attractive. We upgrade BJAUT to BUY (from Neutral) with a revised TP of INR 12,096 per share, based on 24x FY28E core EPS," stated the brokerage in its report.

Bajaj Auto Q1 Result Recap

Bajaj Auto reported nearly 42.37% year-on-year (YoY) growth in its standalone net profit to Rs 2,982.84 crore in Q1FY27 against Rs 2095.98 crore reported in the year-ago period. Bajaj Auto's revenue from operations increased to Rs 17,243.72 crore in Q1FY27 from Rs 12,584.45 crore reported in Q1FY27. The jump in revenue was driven by record quarterly volumes and better realisations.
