The price of 24K gold surged by Rs 175 per gram on Wednesday to Rs 14,575 per gram. At the latest rates, 8 grams of 24K gold costs Rs 1,16,600, up by Rs 1,400, while 10 grams is priced at Rs 1,45,750, reflecting an increase of Rs 1,750. For bulk purchases, 100 grams of 24K gold is valued at Rs 14,57,500, marking a sharp jump of Rs 17,500 from the previous session.

22 Karat Gold Rate Today in India

The price of 22K gold also moved higher, rising Rs 160 per gram to Rs 13,360 per gram. Accordingly, 8 grams of 22K gold is priced at Rs 1,06,880, up Rs 1,280, while 10 grams costs Rs 1,33,600, an increase of Rs 1,600. The price of 100 grams of 22K gold now stands at Rs 13,36,000, up by Rs 16,000 compared with the previous day.

18 Karat Gold Rate Today in India

The price of 18K gold climbed Rs 131 per gram to Rs 10,931 per gram. At today's rates, 8 grams of 18K gold costs Rs 87,448, up Rs 1,048, while 10 grams is priced at Rs 1,09,310, registering a gain of Rs 1,310. Meanwhile, 100 grams of 18K gold is available at Rs 10,93,100, reflecting a rise of Rs 13,100 over the previous session.

Silver Rate Today Breaks 7-Day Steady Trend, Surges Rs 5,000 Per Kg

Silver prices in India ended their seven-day streak of stability on Wednesday, recording a sharp jump across all major quantities. The white metal rose by Rs 5 per gram and Rs 5,000 per kilogram, taking the domestic silver price to Rs 240 per gram and Rs 2,40,000 per kilogram.

At the latest rates, 1 gram of silver is priced at Rs 240, up from Rs 235 a day earlier, marking an increase of Rs 5. The price of 8 grams has climbed to Rs 1,920, compared with Rs 1,880 in the previous session, reflecting a gain of Rs 40.

10 grams of silver now costs Rs 2,400, rising from Rs 2,350 yesterday, an increase of Rs 50. The price of 100 grams has moved up to Rs 24,000, compared with Rs 23,500 previously, registering a gain of Rs 500.

Meanwhile, the benchmark 1 kilogram (1,000 grams) of silver is now trading at Rs 2,40,000, up from Rs 2,35,000 in the previous session, marking a sharp increase of Rs 5,000.

"Bullion prices extended their rally, with COMEX gold rising above $4,100 per ounce, MCX gold gaining nearly 2%, and silver prices on both COMEX and MCX also advancing. The gains were driven by optimism over a potential agreement to reopen the Strait of Hormuz, which eased geopolitical tensions and pushed oil prices lower, reducing inflation concerns," said Pinky Yadav, Commodity Fundamental Analyst at Choice Broking.
