Indian Stock Market Closing: The Indian stock market managed to close in the red after recovering from the intraday lows hit in the first half of Friday's trading session. Despite the recovery, Nifty and Sensex concluded the week with more than 1.5% loss due to a sharp rally in crude oil prices driven by fresh tensions in West Asia. Weakening Indian Rupee and a mixed start of the June quarter earnings season also weighed on investor sentiment.
