Meanwhile, analysts at Kotak Institutional Equities believe that Infosys could report 0.9% organic revenue growth owing to seasonal strength, led by additional billing days. Growth is likely to be weaker than historic average due to macro and AI deflation headwinds.

In terms of margins, it is expected to be stable due to benefits from rupee depreciation which is expected to offset impacts of additional costs related to acquisitions.

For the order book, these analysts believe Infosys could report a large deal TCV of $2.5-2.75 billion, stable on yoy comparison.

Despite geopolitical risks and uncertain macro conditions, analysts at Kotak believes Infosys could hike its annual growth guidance at the lower end to 2% from earlier 1.5%, while keep its upper-end guidance unchanged at 3.5%.

"The revised guidance will incorporate Optimum Healthcare, which will add 120 bps to revenues. The EBIT margin guidance of 20-22% will stay unchanged," they said.
