Shares of Apollo Micro Systems Limited ended in the green on Friday, a day after the company said approvals for allotment of equity shares upon conversion of convertible warrants were made on June 8, 2026, and June 17, 2026 and June 23, 2026.

Apollo Micro Systems stock closed 0.09% higher at Rs 394.1 per share on BSE with a market capitalisation of Rs 14,644.74 crore on Friday. The stock touched an intraday high mark of Rs 396.25 per share and an intraday low mark of Rs 386.10 per share.

Apollo Micro Systems Preferential Share Conversion

Apollo Micro Systems recently informed that it received trading approvals for 1,42,94,072 equity shares of Re 1 each, issued upon the conversion of convertible warrants. These warrants were allotted to non-promoter investors on a preferential basis. The approval for the warrant issue was granted on July 22, 2026, and the newly issued shares were admitted for trading on both exchanges with effect from July 23, 2026.

"With reference to above captioned subject, we would like to inform that trading approvals for allotment of equity shares upon conversion of convertible warrants made on 8th June, 2026, 17th June 2026 and 23rd June 2026 issued and allotted on Preferential Issue basis to the Non Promoters, has been granted by National Stock Exchange of India limited (NSE) and BSE limited (BSE) on 22nd day of July 2026," stated the BSE in its report.

Apollo Micro Systems Share Price Trend

The stock closed in the green on Friday. It touched its 52-week high mark of Rs 466.70 per share on July 3, 2026. The stock dipped to its 52-week low mark of Rs 162.25 per share on July 28, 2025. The stock has a return on equity (ROE) of 14.21%. Its share price value has declined 3.6% in two weeks, but has surged 42% in 2026 so far, and around 129% in one year.
