Stocks In Focus After Q1 Results:
NTPC Share Price:
In Q1FY27, this Maharatna PSU recorded 11.9% YoY growth in standalone net profit to Rs 5,342.4 crore. While revenue climbed 3% YoY to Rs 43,831.9 crore.
Tata Consumer Products Share Price:
This Tata Group-backed FMCG player witnessed 27.8% YoY surge in consolidated net profit to Rs 427 crore in Q1FY27, while revenue jumped 11.9% YoY to Rs 5,348.90 crore. In terms of volume, Tata Consumer posted 13% growth in India , while international business surged by 16%.
REC Share Price:
During Q1FY27, REC posted 6.1% YoY growth in consolidated net profit to Rs 4,192.80 crore, and 3.6% YoY growth in net interest income (NII) to Rs 5,453 crore.
SBI Cards And Payment Services Share Price:
SBI-backed credit card giant recorded 19.5% YoY growth in Q1FY27 consolidated net profit to Rs 664.4 crore. However, net interest income fell by 0.5% to Rs 1,676.1 crore compared a year ago same quarter.
Bank of Baroda Share Price:
Mega PSU Bank's net profit dipped by 71.9% YoY to Rs 1,278.4 crore, while net interest income stood at Rs 12,525.1 crore registering decline of 9.5%. Profitability impacted despite provisions and contingencies falling by 67.3% YoY to Rs 643 crore. However, gross NPA and net NPA rose to 1.99% and 0.50% compared to the preceding quarter.
Bank Of India Share Price:
Another PSU will be in focus today. Bank of India reported 36.2% YoY surge in net profit to Rs 3,067.90 crore, while its net interest income rose by 12.6% YoY to Rs 6,832.50 crore in Q1FY27. Provision and contingencies fell 12% YoY, alongside gross NPA and net NPA that eased to 1.81% and 0.51% from Q4FY26.
IDFC First Bank Share Price:
In Q1FY27, IDFC First Bank earned a net profit of Rs 1,075 crore, registering a breathtaking 132.4% YoY growth. While net interest income soared by 21.1% YoY to Rs 5,972.4 crore. Provisions dipped 31% YoY, while gross NPA dropped to 1.51%.
AU Small Finance Bank Share Price:
AU Small saw 37% YoY increase in net profit to Rs 796 crore in Q1FY27, while NII jumped 31.8% to Rs 2,695.5 crore from a year ago same quarter.
DCB Bank Share Price:
During the first quarter of FY27, DCB Bank posted 35.6% YoY growth in net profit to Rs 213.2 crore, while NII surged by 17.8% YoY to Rs 684 crore.
Lodha Developers Share Price:
The realty giant recorded 103.4% YoY growth in net profit to Rs 1,372.1 crore and 43.1% YoY growth in revenue to Rs 4,996.7 crore.
Vedant Fashions Share Price:
PAT surged by 14.7% YoY to Rs 80.6 crore in Q1FY27, while revenue climbed by 7.2% YoY to Rs 301.4 crore in Q1FY27.
ZEN Technologies Share Price:
The private defence company recorded 40% YoY decline in net profit to Rs 31.8 crore in Q1FY27, while revenue plunged 10.5% YoY to Rs 141.6 crore in the quarter.
Jindal Steel Share Price:
The steel giant posted 43.6% decline in net profit to Rs 843.9 crore versus Q1FY26. Revenue, however, climbed by 25.9% YoY to Rs 15,482.1 crore.
Bulk Deals
Shadowfax Technologies Share Price:
Shadowfax witnessed bulk trading with Eight Roads Investments Mauritius II selling 4.16 crore equity shares in the company at RS 204.88 per share, along with additional sale of 54.64 lakh shares at Rs 204.62 per piece. In total, the fund house offloaded a combined stake of Rs 964.37 crore.
Not just that, Flipkart also offloaded 3.37 crore shares in Shadowfax at RS 204.45 crore, valuing up to Rs 689.79 crore.
Sudeep Pharma Share Price:
SBI Mutual Fund increased its holding in Sudeep Pharma, by acquiring additional 20 lakh shares or 1.77% stake from Nuvama for Rs 160 crore.
Caliber Mining and Logistics Share Price:
Host of investors took liking to the newly listed Caliber Mining and Logistics. Vikas Khemani-backed Carnelian Asset Management & Advisors bought 20 lakh shares or 3.05% stake in Caliber worth Rs 98.97 crore, while Goldman Sachs Bank Europe SE ODI acquired 3.34 lakh shares, representing a 0.51% stake, valued at Rs 16.65 crore.
Gandhar Oil Refinery India Share Price:
In Gandhar Oil, Societe Generale increased its stake by acquiring an additional 8.53 lakh shares or 0.87% stake, worth Rs 24.65 crore.

The company received a letter of intent from JSW MG Motor India, to open a new MG Experia showroom in Vastral, Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
Waaree Renewable Technologies Share Price:
Waaree Renewable received o Letters of Award (LOA for execution of Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) works for two ground-mounted Solar PV plants of 400 MWac/530 MWp and 400 MWac/552 MWp respectively, aggregating 800 MWac/1,082 MWp.
NBCC (India) Share Price:
NBCC bagged two new orders worth Rs 108.85 crore. The first order is worth Rs 20.42 crore for construction of Clean Plant Centre Laboratory and Office Building at ICAR-CITH, Srinagar under the Clean Plant Programme. While the second order is worth Rs 88.43 crore for construction of Boys/Girls Hostel at various location in Odisha under Directorate of Technical Education and training, Odisha, Cuttack.
Authum Investment & Infrastructure Share Price
The Income Tax department conducted a search operation at Authum's office and commercial premises on July 25, 2026. Authum said, "The officers and executives of the Company extended full cooperation to the officials of the Income Tax Department and have provided all necessary documents, information, and clarifications as sought by them."
Hind Rectifiers Share Price:
The company secured its maiden order for Mainline Electric Multiple Unit (MEMU) trainsets from Modern Coach Factory (MCF). The order is worth Rs 60 crore. Also, the company received its first development order for Vande Metro (Namo Bharat) trainset from Indian Railways, which was also worth Rs 60 crore.
Sarda Energy & Minerals Share Price:
The company's wholly-owned subsidiary, Sarda Metals & Alloys approved a CAPEX of Rs 300 crore for installation of waste heat recovery power plant and expansion of mineral wool manufacturing facility at its existing plant premises at Vizianagaram.
