Waaree Energies Share Price Today: Shares of Waaree Energies were trading lower during Thursday's intraday trading session despite strong first quarter result in the financial year 2026-27. Waaree Energies reported 14% jump in net profit and 79% surge in net revenue from operations in Q1FY27.
Waaree Energies stock was trading 4.11% lower at Rs 2625.5 per share on BSE with a market capitalisation of Rs 75,501.28 crore at 12:55 pm on Thursday. The stock had touched an intraday high mark of Rs 2,643.00 per share and an intraday low mark of Rs 2,563 per share.
Why Is Waaree Energies Share Price Falling Today?
"While the fall in shares of Waaree Energies despite impressive year-over-year revenue growth of 79% reflects a very important lesson from markets-stocks move based on expectations more than earnings, it is evident that while the company has performed well in terms of revenue generation, investors were more concerned about margin headwinds, high valuations, and sustainable future growth. As the stock had seen a very good rally in the last few months, it had become more prone to profit booking despite an excellent quarter," stated Pranav Koomar, Founder and CEO, PlusCash.
Waaree Energies Share Price Outlook
The stock is one of the biggest gainers of India's renewable energy journey due to its robust order book, capacity addition plan and favourable government initiatives to support domestic solar manufacturing, according to Koomar.
"The market would keep its eyes more on execution, margins, cash flow, and capacity utilisation instead of revenue growth only. Volatility in the near term is likely, but any correction would give a chance to long-term investors to buy into India's structural clean energy growth story," stated Koomar.
