Zee Media Share Price Today: Shares of Zee Media pared gains after rallying nearly 10% in the first half of the trading session. The recent uptick in the stock came after the allotment of foreign currency convertible bonds to the Sun India Opportunities Investing Fund.
Zee Media Corporation share price was trading 1.34% higher at Rs 7.58 per share on BSE with a market capitalisation of Rs 342.62 crore at 2:37 pm. The stock had touched an intraday high mark of Rs 8.20 per share and an intraday low mark of Rs 7.48 per share.

The company's board of directors allotted 3,960 FCCBs to Sun India Opportunities Investing Fund worth US $1000 each. It matured in 10 years.
"We wish to inform that upon receipt of Subscription money towards the 5% coupon, unsecured, unlisted Foreign Currency Convertible Bonds ("FCCBs"), from Sun India Opportunities Investing Fund 'incorporated VCC sub-fund' ('Investor'), the Securities Issue and Allotment Committee ('SIA') of the Company at its meeting held today i.e. July 30, 2026, has, inter-alia, approved the allotment of 3,960 FCCBs of US$ 1000 each, on a private placement basis to the Investor," stated the company in its BSE filing released on Thursday. There is no change in the paid-up share capital of the company at the stage upon allotement of FCCBs to the investors.
Post allotment, investors are entitled to receive an aggregate of 2,51,70,552 fully paid-up equity shares, upon conversion of 3,960 FCCBs of US$ 1000 each allotted to them, at a conversion price of Rs. 13.50 per equity share.

The stock opened higher on Friday. It touched its 52-week high mark of Rs 13.62 per share on BSE on July 31, 2025. The stock dipped to its 52-week low mark of Rs 6.70 per share on March 30, 2026. The stock has declined 11.9% in one month and around 43% in one year.
