Claim Process for Prizes Up to Rs 5,000

For prizes up to Rs 5,000, winners can claim the amount through any authorised lottery agent or retailer.

Claiming Prizes Between Rs 5,001 and Rs 1 Lakh

Winners of prizes between Rs 5,001 and Rs 1 lakh must visit the respective District Lottery Office with the original winning ticket, a valid photo identity proof and other required documents.

How to Claim Prizes Above Rs 1 Lakh

For prizes exceeding Rs 1 lakh, the claim must be submitted directly to the Directorate of State Lotteries, Thiruvananthapuram. Winners are required to present the original ticket along with identity proof, bank account details, PAN card and other documents specified by the department. Prize money is released only after successful verification of the ticket.
