Bank Holidays in Bihar during December

All the banks in Bihar will remain closed on the above-mentioned days. The banks will not perform the usual functioning on these days. All the banks including State Bank of India, Oriental Bank of Commerce, Deutsche Bank and IDBI Bank will remain closed on the bank holidays.

Christmas: It is a Christian festival. The festival will be celebrated with religious fervour and gaiety. Churches and Cathedrals will be decorated with colourful festoons, candles, lights, Christmas Crib, and Christmas Tree to mark the occasion. Midnight Mass and Christmas Carols will be held across all the churches. Many people throng the churches to attend the mass session and to attend the special prayer which will be held on Christmas Eve. Delicious food like roast turkey, cookies, cakes, pastries, rose cookies and so on will be prepared to mark the occasion. Gifts will be shared with near and dear ones to mark the occasion.
