  • Senior citizens, women, ex-servicemen, and physically disabled people are eligible for a 30 percent property tax reduction on a single property up to 200 square metres.
  • Owners of community housing flats will receive a 20% grant if they pay their property tax by the 30th of June of the current fiscal year.
