Atlantaa Ltd Company History and Annual Growth Details

The Company was incorporated under the name of 'Atlanta Construction
Company (India) Private Limited' pursuant to a Certificate of Incorporation
No. 11-031852 of 1984 dated January 17, 1984 issued by the Additional
Registrar of Companies, Maharashtra. The name was changed to 'Atlanta
Construction Company (India) Limited' April 5, 1991 on being deemed a
public company under Section 43A (1A) of the Companies Act, 1956. The
name changed to 'Atlanta Infrastructure Limited' on February 2, 1997 and
to 'Atlanta Limited' on December 16, 2004. Pursuant to a resolution passed
in the meeting of our Board on May 16, 1986 the Registered Office of our
Company was shifted from D-2/22, Bharat Nagar, Grant Road, Bombay -
400 007 to B/22-A, Atlanta, V. M. Road, Vile Parle (W), Bombay. Further
vide a resolution passed in the meeting of our Board on March 01, 2000
the Registered Office of our Company was further shifted to 101, Shree
Ambashanti Chambers, Opp Leela Hotel, Andheri - Kurla Road, Andheri
(East), Mumbai - 400 059.

HISTORY AND MAJOR EVENTS

Year Event

October 17, 1995

Completed widening and strengthening of National Highway No. 45 from
Km. 67/0 to Km. 160/2 Package V & VI valued at Rs. 395.56 for National
Highways of Authority of India, Chengalpattu Tamil Nadu.

March 28, 1998

Completed construction of Udaipur Bypass Road Phase-II on B.O.T. Basis
valued at Rs. 244.50 million for Public Works Department, Udaipur.

December 31, 2001

Completion of improvement of arterial and sub arterial roads in Bangalore valued
at Rs. 652.22 million for Bangalore Mahanagar Palike.

2002-03

Completed extraction and transfer of Coal/Coal Measure Strata in deploying
"surface miners" on hire basis at Belpahar OCP valued at Rs. 40.91 million for
Mahanadi Coal Fields.

April 15, 2004

Completion of periodic renewal of Vapi-Ambethi (link to pient) and Vapi Daman
road valued at Rs. 128.38 million for National Highways Authority of India.

February 15, 2006

Letter of recommendation for certification under ISO 9001:2000

2007

-The Company has received the order for the work of water supply, Vena project near Nagpur at an estimated cost of Rs 157.5 million.

-The company has recommended 10% dividend.

-The Shreenath Builders, Partnership Firm in which Atlanta Limited is a partner and having a stake of 51% has purchased a property named Olympic Cinema.

2008

-The Company has received a contract of Rs 629.80 million in Pune.

-The company has recommended 10% dividend.

-The Company in Joint venture with ARSS has received a contract of Rs 720.61 million from Southern Railway.

2009

-The company has recommended 10% dividend

-Mrs. Himani Chhabra has been appointed as the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company.

2010

-Mr. Jayant Yeshwant Tilak has been appointed as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the Company.

-The Company in consortium has received contract order amounting to Rs. 114,48,78,013/- from Rites Ltd.

-Mr. Rajesh Deherkar has been appointed as the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer.

-The Company in consortium has received order amounting to Rs. 153,91,11,479.28.

-Company has splits its Face value of Shares from Rs 10 to Rs 2

2011

-Mr. Mahesh Koirala, has been appointed as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the Company.

-Atlanta Ltd receipt of Order worth Rs 104.04 crore.

-Mr. Rikiin Bbarot has been re-appointed as Executive Director.

-Mr. Narayan Joshi has been appointed as the Company Secretary and Compaliance Officer of the Company.

-The Company has bagged an order amounting to Rs. 1043,51,00,000 from National Highways Authority of India.
