provisions of the Companies Act, 1956 with the Registrar of Companies, West Bengal and
received the certificate of Commencement of Business on July 5, 1978. Subsequently the name of our Company was changed to Pincon Spirit Limited vide a fresh Certificate of Incorporation dated, August 5, 2011.

2005-2009
-Significant acquisition of PSL (formerly SarangViniyog Ltd.) by PSLGroup.
-Launched Pincon XXX Rum, Pincon No. 1 Whisky.
-Largest Liquor distributor in the state of West Bengal. As per Business World Survey, Pincon Edible Oil has been adjudged as the Fourth Largest Consumer Pack for Edible Oil in Eastern India & has emerged as a popular House hold name.

2010
-Trading & Distribution of IMFL Products..
-Pincon XXX Matured Rum is the third largest in Rum Segment as per the West Bengal Bonders & Manufacturers Association.

2011
-Launched Pincon KingÂs Coin 50Â° Rum, Pincon KingÂs Coin 50Â° Whisky and Pincon KingÂs Coin 50Â° Vodka in IMFL in the year 2010.

2012
-Launched Ruby Gold XO Brandy.

2013
-Crossed Turnover of Rs. 300.00 Crores.
-Launched Highland Blue Whisky.
-Brand Registered with Odisha State Beverages Corporation & with Uttarakhand, Jharkhand Governments.
-Obtained sole distributorship in West Bengal for FASHION VODKA, a premium Vodka Brand.

2014
-Commenced South India and North India operations for Pincon Brand FMCG and IMFL products.
-Obtained order from West Bengal Essential Supply Corporation Ltd., Govt. of West Bengal, for supply of Mustard Oil through PDS.
-Obtained permission from Govt. of West Bengal for manufacturing of Country Liquor and launched Pincon Bangla No. 1 in West Bengal.

2015
-Obtained permission from Excise Commissioner, West Bengal for setting up second own Manufacturing CS Liquor on PSLÂs own industrial land in Belda, near Kharagpur.
-Launched Pincon Ultra Force XXX Jamaican Rum and Ruby Gold Orange Flavour Gin.
-Acquisition of C.S. Liquor Plant of Nation Industrial Corporation Limited (ÂNICOLSÂ) at [*] for catering specially to the C.S. Liquor market of the mining belt of West Bengal at Asansol and its adjoining areas.

2016
-Company has signed a Memorandum of Understanding for taking over Bacchus Enterprises Limited based in Ludhiana engaged in the business of Indian Made Indian Liquor (IMIL) (County Spirit) and Indian Made Foreign Liquor (IMFL).

2017

-Pincon Spirit said that it has entered into tie-up with 26 retail outlets of Spencers Retail for selling and distribution of its edible oil - Pincon Mustard Oil and Pincon Soya Oil.
