The company was incorporated on 22nd October, 1980 & the Ã¬certificate of commencement of business was obtained on 17th Ã¬April, 1982. It was promoted by R P Mittal, S M Mittal & A K Ã¬Mittal. Commercial production commenced in May 1983.

The technical & engineering know-how for the expansion project Ã¬was provided by Rohit International Consultant Pvt. Ltd.
