Swiss Glasscoat Equipments Limited having its registered office at H-106, G I D C Vitthal Udyognagar - 388 121, was incorporated on 26th August 1991 under the name of Shri Glassteel Equipments Limited. Subsequently the name of the Company was changed to Swiss Glasscoat Equipment Limited on 3rd March, 1992 and certificate of commencment of businss was obtained on 5th March, 1992. The Company is setting up a new Industrial undertaking for the manufacture of Glass Lined Reaction Vessels at G.I.D.C. Vitthal Udyognagar, Gujarat.

The Main objects of the company is to carry on the business as manufacturers, representatives, producers, fabricators etc of all classes, kinds, types, nature and description of glasslined, exoticmetals, equipments, tanks etc.

The Company is promoted by Industrialist, Businessmen and professionals.

2018

-In 2017, HLE acquired a controlling stake in Swiss Glascoat Equipments Limited (Glascoat). Glascoat, which was established in the year 1991, was a leading manufacturer of glass lined equipment at the time.

2019

-Company name has changed to HLE Glasscoat Ltd. from Swiss Glasscoat Equipments Ltd..

-In 2019, the operating businesses of HLE and Glascoat were integrated via a scheme of arrangement and the resulting company was renamed ÂHLE Glascoat LimitedÂ.
