The trust deed dated August 24 1996, and the deed of amendment dated March 22 2004, have been registered under the Indian Registration Act, 1908 with the Sub-Registrar, Chennai-India (Serial Number 356 of 1996 and Serial Number 108 of 2004, respectively).
Sundaram Finance Limited is the sponsor of the Sundaram Mutual Fund. Sundaram Finance owns the fulls shareholding of Sundaram Asset Management Company Limited and Sundaram Trustee Company Limited. The sponsor is the Trustee and has irrevocably paid the amount of Rs 1 lakh as the fund of the trust.
In compliance with the trust deed of 24 August 1996 as modified from time to time, it shall be held and controlled by the Trust.
