Infosys offering Finacle to more Indian banks
Finacle, the banking product division of Infosys Technologies, is ready to offer its core banking software to more Indian banks. Finacle's Global Head, Haragopal Mangipudi reported, "In India two banks have gone live with Finacle core banking solution version 10 and some more banks are implementing."

Finacle core banking solution version 10 is being used by 12 banks across 19 countries. However, installation of the software is at various stages in 12 more banks.

Finacle has 40 clients across 73 countries. For the year 2010-11, the sales of Financle surged by 42.1 per cent to USD 295 million from USD 208 million in the previous fiscal.

The implementation of Financle is very beneficial for the companies as it provides an excellent technology platform with robust straight through processing capabilities and support for true 24X7 multi-channel and multi-currency transactions.

The scalability and flexibility of Financle will help the Indian banks to go forward with their ambitious growth plans.
