Educomp to invest Rs 150 cr in Great Lakes Institute

An announcement was made by the E-learning solutions provider Educomp Solutions that it sealed a partnership with Great Lakes Institute of Management.

This information has been floated by the affiliated company of Educomp which is named as Beacon. According to Educomp Solution, the purpose behind building this partnership is to enhance the operations of both the companies across the nation.

In accordance with the plan, the companies will be investing an amount of Rs. 150 crore within a time period of five years, which will be utilised in their expansion plans. Campuses in Delhi and NCR region, Mumbai and Eastern India will be included under the partnership. Great Lakes Institute of Management (also known as Great Lakes) is a business school located in the South Indian city of Chennai.

It offers a one year 'Post Graduate Program in Management' which is an AICTE approved program in management, a 2 year part-time Executive MBA program 'Post-Graduate Global Executive Program in Management (PGXPM)',2 year Post Graduate Working Professional Program In Management (PGWPM) and Global Energy Executive MBA (GEMBA).
