WIPRO employees quit plum job to become entrepreneurs
Four of the employees of WIPRO, one of the software companies based in Bangalore, have left the high flying jobs with the company to become entrepreneur and start their own Dairy Milk company.

These four employees have worked with the company for almost 15 years and were drawing large salary.

These firm headed people have started Akshayakalpa Farms and Foods Ltd to support rural employment and promote entrepreneurship among them.

The milk company is headed by G N S Reddy and T Prasana, who have been in the business for many years. The main purpose of the company is to prevent the migration of rural population to cities to look for job when they can earn respectful life in their villages.

The milk dairy will be set up at a cost of Rs 15 crore on 24 acres, and 300 marginal farmers will be selected within a 15-sq km radius of Kodihalli village to supply milk to the dairy.

The company will support the training in cattle-rearing methods, milking machines and increasing milk production processes.

The company will help farmers to get line of credit from banks to set up satellite farms and after registration can get free transportation and medical checkup facility.
